OK--I(t is Sunday--and I have "done" everything on the list except: Item 4--extended activity--I am going to go ride my bike at Fort Casey--maybe explore Ebey's Landing--but I missed the 12:45 ferry--so it is a 2:15 ferry (and then not quite such a long bike ride)

1. Check
2. Got there by the end of the week-check
3. Check--again it took all week
4. I was disappointed with myself on this one--felt like I had dawdled around all Sunday Morning and didnt leave to go for the bike ride until--but I did get a two hour ride in--(a a ferry ride too, the waves were huge, and the fresh air and being on the water felt wonderful.
5. Yup--did that

Other thought: I hadn't been downtown after dark in six weeks--the big star christmas light banners were still strung across the street--I'm glad I got to see those--

I found a website with a training plan for ironman competitions--there is soo much I don't know about ;training;--but I am going to learn.

That set me off on a much longer thought about "used to" I used to be an excellent downhill skier, I used to bw a sailing instructor, etc--and that I need to move past 'used to" and acknowledge the things that I have been doing for the last twenty years (I am an excellent parent, I am a very good cook, I am a firefighter, etc---more on this one--it is big

and then just a moment ago, science has verified that compassion cause joy in the compassionate--
